Molly is a personal trainer and aspiring nutrition coach. She currently holds her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, is working towards her CPT through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and her nutrition coach certification through Precision Nutrition.
Growing up, she was involved in all different kinds of sports, including soccer, volleyball, basketball, swimming, and cheerleading. She was never very serious with working out or training and this ultimately hindered her when she had to go to Physical Therapy for her shoulder. Through her time and experience with physical therapy, she realized she wanted to be in this field. Over the past 2 years, Molly has been going through her own weight loss journey, losing a total of 60 pounds and discovering her passion for training and improving her body. Having that experience is what led Molly to want to train people and help them live healthier lifestyles and reach their fitness goals. During her time in school along with her own transformation, she found a passion for nutrition and is pursuing further studies with aspirations of being a nutrition coach so that she can help people from multiple avenues and help transform lives to an even greater degree.
